My name is Paul Hilton and i have been working as a games designer/producer/business development in the Digital Interactive Entertainment (D.I.E.) industry since the late 90′s. I have over sixteen years games industry experience in Quality Assurance, Lead Games Designer, Producer, Senior Producer, Studio Manager, Acquisitions and Licensing. I am a published author in game design strategies and an award winning designer of mobile and console digital interactive entertainment products, Lemmings Revolution and Stuntman mobile.
Online Games Producer – Yazino
Designed a team based competitive bingo game for yazino and produced it within three months. Design work for High Stakes (slots game) and produced the title with a small team. Created analytic flows for all Yazino games alongside comprehensive design documentation on how to improve the suite of on-line casino games. Improved the seating process and performed analysis of user and game data to improve games across the site.

I have worked in the Digital Interactive Entertainment industry since 1992 and have designed, produced or licensed gaming products on almost every platform from Amiga to PS3. I am a creative problem solver with a keen eye for details and the production experience to assist in any interactive project, large or small. I have negotiated multimillion dollar contracts, licensed software and Hollywood IP, launched a games console, ran a creative studio and designed countless projects for I-DVD, mobile, handheld, console and PC for major publishers as both an employee and freelance agent.
I have worked on smooth running projects and projects from hell and have a keen eye to the hidden pitfalls of game development in both design, production and business development disciplines.
